Frequently Asked Questions

Our cookies and other baked goods are fresh baked items like you would find in your local bakery. This means that the shelf life is not like a commercially baked product. Since we use real ingredients, like butter and eggs, and not shortening the shelf life at room temp is about 3 weeks. The cookies can be frozen for up to 12 months.

We currently do not have any retail store of our own. We sell directly to our customers through our website. We also have great retail partners that we wholesale our products to around the country.

If you did not buy from us directly through mybigfatcookie.com then you will need to discuss your issue at hand with the retailer that you purchased the cookies from. 

Orders are shipped out on weekdays within 24 hours of an order being received. During the Fall and Winter months we usually ship from Monday thru Thursday depending transit times. During the Spring and Summer months we usually ship Monday thru Wednesday as we do not want your order sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
