Chocolate Chip Cookie

It all started with our chocolate chip. The Baker and founder of MBFC wanted a cookie base with premium ingredients, a cookie that had a little more protein and a little more fiber so she wouldn't have a sugar crash when eating a cookie. She wanted to feel full and satisfied after eating her cookies. Our Premium chocolate chip cookie is just that, filled with chocolate chips and is super moist and chewy with a slight crisp rim.
